What is the dress code for your wedding?
we want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the day, be yourself. We are not setting a black tie or formal dress code, you are free to choose what you feel appropriate. we would only ask you to be dressy casual to look your best in our wonderful wedding day photos.
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
Just no white for the ladies for obvious reasons
As information, the bridal party will be in white and blues, and the groom’s party in greys and blues.
What is the day going to look like?
We will be having a continuous day from lunchtime onwards and there will be no breaks or separation in the ceremony and festivities.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
We will host a pre-ceremony reception at 13:30 with the ceremony starting at 14:00/14:15
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to capacity sizes at the venue, we are not able to extend plus-one allowances, if you feel you would like to talk with us , please do reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but due to total numbers, there are only a few children of close family and friends allowed. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this and we will try our best to accommodate you..
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving canapés at the reception followed by an after-ceremony tea. Later, An evening buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, and salads will be served. You won’t go hungry we promise.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The festivities will end at 22:00. This is the venue’s license requirements. For those of you wishing to carry the festivities on, we will carry on with you elsewhere….
Could you suggest places to eat, drink, and see while I am in town for your wedding?
We have a page on the website called Things to Do, which gives information on fabulous cities to visit whilst in the area. Our personal recommendation is Bruges as it’s our favorite city but we are biased! ;)
Are you signed up with a wedding Gift registry service?
We have a secure Gift Fund link on the Cards and Gift page where you may wish to choose to make any contribution.
Should I bring A card with me, or send it in advance?
It is completely your choice, We will have an area set aside on the day where you can safely deposit your card in our custom postbox. alternatively, they can be sent to custodial addresses listed on the cards and gifts page
Should we bring gifts on the day, or send them ahead of time?
there will be a space for gifts on the day. Or they can be sent to custodial addresses listed on the cards and gifts page..
